BILL MURRAY…10 merkins 10 squats 10 BBSU 10 burpees. Lap around the park x 4…

mosey around the skatepark and back to the field…50 yard sprints and high knees and skips with a variety of exercises at each end.

LT DAN TAYLORS. 4 lunges 1 burpee , 8 lunges 2 burpees for 50 yards .


50 yard sprints each pax called out an exercise.
CIABATTA for 10 min

COT,BOM. prayers for those going through physical and mental anguish.
always a pleasure to get a sweat on with these group of guys.
