Ass Kickin’ Good Time

There was a chill in the air as the Pax showed up at Southside Park in San Marco for a FREE Mens workout.

Typically YHC uses coupons of some sort or strings together a workout certain to be remembered a day or two later. In most cases the focus is chest, shoulders or arms.

YHC dug into the Exicon in search of the key word “Leg”! Although the workout felt a little like Suzanne Somers or Richard Simmons had the Q, We had a good time and it’s possible our buttocks might have a little twitch later.

For future reference, if I pull a leg workout out of my bag of tricks, there will be coupons involved!!!
As the workout began the Pax were all thrilled with the LBAC’s. Form was in question for many which defeats the purpose. If we have Poor form, this means we are not getting the full benefits!

Zamboni asked for Payers requests for his son Puck & Nicole (new Daughter in Law) for the COVID challenged Honeymoon.

All men wrestle with demons of some sort. None of us are immune from some form of personal struggle. What’s key is that with F3, we have a forum to share whatever our vice without judgment & that we are there to support each other. Special prayers given to all men to become better versions of themselves.
