Beautiful crisp Saturday morning with 8 eager PAX ready to get after it greeted YHC. The goal this morning – max out for each exercise – up to a certain limit.

Warmup – SSH x10 IC , LBAC F/B x10 IC, The reacher x10 IC, LM OYO, Peter Parker OYO, DD Calf stretch OYO

The thang:

  1. 100 merkins or your max – inchworm when done
  2. 20 stair laps or your max – lunge when done

Mosey to Field

3.50 Burpees or your max – mosey when done

4. 3 minute plank hold or your max

5. 100 dips or your max

6. 50 dirkins or your max

7. 3 minute wall sit or your max – squats when done

8. Balls to wall  1 minute or your max

Mosey to flag

Lazy Dora

100 Merkins, alternate every 10 with partner holding plank

200 LBC, alternate every 20 with partner 6″leg hold

100 squats (modified for time) alternate every 25, partner air chair.
