Turf field – 4 50 yard sprints; 20 merkins, 20 LBCs, 20 Hello Dollies each time you stop or 15 Big Boys, 20 wide/diamond merkins and 20 supermans
1 100 yard sprints 20 flutter kicks, 20 supermans, 20 merkins, 20 big boys
Mosey through the woods across the football field to the parking lot for 15 Rocky Balboas and 15 Inclined Merkins (both IC)
Mosey to bear crawl alley and toy soldier/lunge to the end
20 step-ups, 20 dips, 20 derkins followed by another set of 15 each
Balls to the wall at the snack shack
