Mountain Climbers

10 Merkins in between each below

1 minute each

1. Plank
2. Sit-ups
3. Right plank
4. Left plank
5. American Hammers
6. Leg raise
7. Wide leg toe touch
8. Plank
9. Flutter Kicks
10. Full crunch

Cardio Blast
– Fast feet / Seal Jax (to music alternating with each chorus, don’t stop until songs over)
– Dips / Donkey Kicks (same as above)

Bench Work

– 10 Incline Merkins 1 box jump (down to 9)

Mosey 1 mile
