Dora – a programmer and outsider teamed up. 50 merkins, 100 Supermans, 150 two count flutter kicks, 200 squats.
4 of diamonds – split up into 4 teams at each corner. 2 reps of each exercise at each corner running between cones followed by 4 reps lunging between cones. Carolina dry docks, big boy sit ups, merkins.
ultimate football – kept the same 4 teams and slit into two games. Each score 10 of an exercise done by team that was scored on and 5 by scoring team.
