YHC was greeted by 8 Pax on another chilly ( for us) morning.  Disclaimer read, F3 meaning and core principles recited and welcomed FNG and second timer Warhead!  Message for the day was Renewal.  Easter is meant to be a symbol of hope, renewal, and new life.  We can restart are days our lives at any moment. With that we moseyed to the fitness trail entrance.

YHC was excited to see the new pull-up bars installed along the fitness trail.  Unfortunately they still had caution tape on them but they will get lots of use by F3 in future!

Station 1:

  • Approaching tennis courts, Bear crawl approximately 25 yards
  • Arm circles forward, back, chinook (squat), Michael Phelps, 10 each IC
  • Carolina Dry Docks 10 IC
  • Absolutions ( plank to groiner jump forward 1, back 2, 3&4 drop each elbow, plank jack 5&6, back up to plank 7&8. Completed 10 IC

Station 2:

Short Mosey to bridge

5 burpees

10 Hand-release Merkins

15 air squats

Lunge over bridge.

Station 3:

5 burpees

10 Mountain climbers IC

15 flutter kicks IC

Walk 20 yards, back peddle 20 yards and full sprint to stop sign.  Mosey stair lap and back to the circle.

Mobility circuit to close – left shuffle, right shuffle, walking toy soldier, high skip (no smiling or holding hands)

Count a Rama, Name a Rama.

Announcements – Service work at Trinity Friday 0600-0700, workout at The Farm 0900-1000,  Ava’s Army 4/10, Pat Tillman 4/23 and Apryl Showers 4/25.

Named the FNG “Sushi”.  Great story about eating a bunch of raw shrimp because he didn’t realize they had to be cooked.  Well “Sushi”, you missed your calling. You really should have been Marine infantryman with YHC! LOL
