Good turnout this morning at HN. With running off the menu and Van Halen playing in the background (and yes, that’s long-time VH producer Ted Templeman saying, “C’mon Dave, give me a break” on Unchained), we focused on strength work with a series of coupon-infused Dora-cides, including:
• Farmers Walk: P1 walks with two blocks while P2 does exercises, switch. 200 merkins, 200 heels to heaven, 100 dips.
• Rifle Carry Walk: P1 walks with a block (or two) overhead around the square while P2 does exercises, switch. 300 LBCs, 200 flutter kicks, 100 side plank leg raises (aka Saigon Sams).
• Wall Sit: P1 does a wall sit, doing presses or side raises with pavers, while P2 does 25 squats with the block. Switch, repeat 3x.
• Closed with one-minute plank; bravo to D-Day for gutting it out.
