Hunger Games Style Workout
All gear (kettles, dumbells, sandbags, med balls) goes in the middle grass by the flagpole (2 less pieces of gear than we have pax)
Everyone forms a big circle…….
On the count of 3, bear crawl to the center and secure a piece of gear….do 13 reps, then run a stair lap…
If you where too slow to get gear, you burpee until something comes open, or if no gear is available upon return of stair lap, you burpee until something is available
You pick which exercise you want to do, as long as it’s 13 reps….
Do this for 35 minutes
