The QIC thought it was a grand idea to run before Q with Outhouse and that proved to be the case.
With injuries, defections, and the holiday weekend, the Pax was whittled down to three…and two of those Pax sounded like they were life long smokers.
Even so, we tried a few new exercises and ventured over to the new park. It was grand.

2. Opposite knee to elbow
3. Kickstand side plank. Each side
4. Hands back knee thrust
5. Plank toe tap
6. Frog crunch.
