12 HIMs joined YHC for a run through 20 mile, it was a moist morning for a run and we lost Valdez for about 3 minutes but found him lurking 👀 on the backside of the block loop. We ran 3.82 miles and sweated out 2 gallons of water or at least SS did by the amount of water he squeezed out of his shirt. Overall job well done by all.
