Round 1

Cone 1: Monkey Humpers, then lap to Cone 2

Cone 2: American Hammers, then lap to Cone 3

Cone 3: LBCs, then lap to Cone 4

Cone 4: Squats, then lap to Cone 5

Cone 5: Burpees, then lap to Cone 6

Cone 6: Heals to Heaven, then back to Cone 1 for Round 2

Round 2 (no laps)

Cone 1: Shoulder Taps

Cone 2: Diamond Merkins

Cone 3: Big Boy Situps

Cone 4: Plank

We all need to quit drawing up plans for how we’re going to get things done and instead take action by doing something today. Example: Rather than saying you will clean out your garage once you get totes, go take action now by putting all the shoes that are on the floor back on the shoe rack. Stop waiting for everything to be perfect and just do something, even if it’s imperfect, at least you did something and can build from there.
