I find that I often take way too many things for granted, and I don’t realize just how lucky I am. And I believe that is a common theme amongst most people I have ever met.
What is An Attitude of Gratitude – An attitude of gratitude means making it a habit to express thankfulness and appreciation in all parts of your life, on a regular basis, for both the big and small things alike.
Gratitude involves appreciating the good in your life and reflecting on moments you’re thankful for. Taking time for gratitude can help you feel happier, reduce stress, and improve your relationships.
Ive been taught that a grateful alcoholic and always has “an attitude of gratitude”—that gratitude is the basic ingredient of humility,
As a result of this guidance, I start every morning on my knees, being grateful and thanking God for at least three things: for waking me up today, that I’m alive, I’m sober.
