THE MISSION OF F3 IS TO PLANT, GROW AND SERVE SMALL WORKOUT GROUPS FOR THE INVIGORATION OF MALE COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP

Warmup:

• Mosey lap up the stairs down stairs around the circle over to spray lot.
• SSH, HIllbilly, Low Slow Squats, Shoulder taps, Mountain climber, Michael Phelps.

The Thang:

Mission is to get from one side of the parking lot to the other.

• Killer B’s – Bear crawl first island 3 burpees, broad jump to second island, Rinse and repeat until the end of the parking lot.
• First Pax to other side will lead Ab exercise in cadence for the six.

Mosey to playground.  Run at your own pace.  First Pax done will lead ab exercise in cadence for six.

At the playground (4sets):

Partner 1 – 5 pull-ups, 10 Merkins

Partner 2 seated pistol squats, 10 each leg

Partner 1 – 5 pull-ups, 10 Merkins

Partner 2 split squats, 10 each leg

Partner 1 – 5 pull-ups, 10 merkins

Partner 2 – 10 step ups each leg

Partner 1 – 5 pull-ups, 10 merkins

Partner 2 – 10 feet elevated merkins, 10 dips

Mosey to bridge.

• Bear crawl half, 3 burpees at midpoint, lunge walk remainder.

Mosey to pull-up bars:

• Each pax does another set of max pull-ups, 10 more merkins, while others do flutter kicks, LBC’s Hello Dolly’s and Box cutters until all Pax are complete.

Mosey to wall:

• Wall sit raise the roof count to 25 (IC)

Mosey back to circle, cool down COT
