Toy soldier to mid field , lunge to the 100. Squats in cadence , hello dollies, run back.
Skip to mid field , Skaters in cadence , karaoke to 100 yard, American hammers, run back.
Skate park make it up as I go. 20 dips, 20 steps ups, 20 derkins, take s lap. 3 sets. More skaters and finish with merkins on my count.
