2. Came from a desire to have an American flag at every F3 workout
3. Reminds us we are free to meet here to improve our fitness, free to associate with others who share our vision, and free to openly express our faith
4. We will not risk our lives on this field today, but we honor and respect those who place themselves in harm’s way in defense of our freedom, and we WILL honor this flag.
5. This is not just another shovel flag – it’s YOUR/OUR shovel flag. Please treat it with care.

The Message:

Starting over or Re-making yourself is hard.  It requires a lot of additional effort, courage, and commitment.

I’ve been fortunate enough to have had TWO do-overs in my life as the survivor of a hemorrhagic stroke, as well as being sober for the last 4 years and two months.

But what counts is not surviving the challenge, but what do you do with the opportunity/gift that’s been given to you!

You don’t get many do-overs in life, so make the most of the life you have.

New flag took pole position as we moved throughout the neighborhood.  Stopping for various exercises, at the stops, went through the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles and a countarama.

some special stops were made – @copperheads home because of the infamous Fart Sack – for 20 monkey humpers and 20 pickle pounders.  Also stopped @Shirleys house for the same, only to find out he was out of town, but we stopped and paid tribute anyway 🙂
