Hey there, F3 Jacksonville Men! 🏃♂️💨
Let’s talk about our epic running session today, spiced up with some flair and a sprinkle of emojis:
Mother Nature blessed us with ideal conditions – a sunny 70 degrees with a touch of that Florida-style humidity (84%). Perfect for what lay ahead! ☀️🌡️
We started the day with a twist in our warm-up routine. Who needs a group warm-up, right? We’re all about that individual pre-run stretch. 🧘♂️
Now, onto “The Thang” – 11 HIM’s (High Impact Men) were raring to go! We quickly divided into two teams, as Gecko and his gang had their regular Wednesday appointment with Stage Coach. The rest of us set out on a mission to explore the city, one parking garage at a time. We kicked off at The Stein, moved on to Heartbreak Hotel, and then tackled the JOI garage. We even considered squeezing in the Baptist Garage but opted for a Main Street Bridge adventure instead, making it back just in the nick of time. 🏢🌆🌉
Special kudos to Jumanji, who had an early appointment and had to break away at JOI. We were a tad worried about him running solo, but to our amusement, we heard an indiscernible comment being yelled from his midsized crossover as he zipped by! 🚗💨
The bottom line: Fun was had by all. It’s what F3 is all about! 🎉
We then wrapped up our session with our Circle of Trust, sharing prayers, announcements, and, of course, the Pledge. 🤝🙏📢
