12 BRAVE PAX EMERGED FROM THE HARDNOCS PARKING LOT, AND ASSUMED CIRCLE FORMATION. AS 0530 HIT, YHC SHARED A MESSAGE OF SELF MASTERY FROM U.S. NAVY SEALS.

CIRCLE OF MERKINS

PAX ASSUMED PLANK POSITION ON THE CURB AROUND OLD GLORY. PAX MOVED COUNTERCLOCKWISE IN PLANK AND COMPLETED 1 MERKIN EACH TIME Q YELLED “DOWN”. PAX COMPLETED 1 FULL LAP CONSISTING OF 20 MERKINS TOTAL.

PAX ASSEMBLED IN TEAMS OF 2. TEAM MEMBER #1 WOULD COMPLETE 1 FULL LAP AROUND THE FLAG AS TEAM MEMBER #2 COMPLETED SSH. 12 PAX = 6 TEAMS.   AFTER COMPLETING 1 LAP, TEAM MEMBERS SWITCHED PLACES. 1ST AND 2ND PLACE TEAMS WERE EXEMPT FROM THE 10 BURPEES FOLLOWING THE RACE. CONGRATS TO CHECK PLEASE, BADABING, BLOWOUT, AND GNC FOR YOUR PLACE IN VICTORY LANE. THIS WAS TRUE NASCAR STYLE RACING AS PAX FOUGHT FOR THE LEAD AROUND THE FLAG. WE EVEN HAD A PILEUP AT THE FINISH LINE AS MAYHEM BUSTED THROUGH THE PACK AND CRASHED!

3 LIGHTS WERE PLACED ON THE FIELD…. 1 AT STARTING LOCATION, THE 2ND AT 100YDS, AND A 3RD AT 115 YDS. PAX WERE TO COMPLETE 4 ROUNDS OF THE CHARLES BRONSON. PAX WOULD COMPLETE A COOL DOWN EXERCISE AFTER 4 ROUNDS. I THINK SEVERAL WERE CLOSE TO SPLASHING MERLOT…. SELF INCLUDED.

  1. PERFORM 50 SIDE STRADDLE HOPS , SPRINT 100YDS, ARMY CRAWL 15 YDS TO FINISH – COMPLETE 10 CHICKEN PECKERS EACH ARM, MOSEY BACK TO START AND WAIT FOR THE SIX.
  2. PERFORM 50 MERKINS , SPRINT 100YDS, ARMY CRAWL 15 YDS TO FINISH – COMPLETE 10 CHICKEN PECKERS EACH ARM, MOSEY BACK TO START AND WAIT FOR THE SIX.
  3. PERFORM 50 WORLD WAR 1 SITUPS , SPRINT 100YDS, ARMY CRAWL 15 YDS TO FINISH – COMPLETE 10 CHICKEN PECKERS EACH ARM, MOSEY BACK TO START AND WAIT FOR THE SIX.
  4. PERFORM 50 BURPEES , SPRINT 100YDS, ARMY CRAWL 15 YDS TO FINISH – COMPLETE 10 CHICKEN PECKERS EACH ARM, MOSEY BACK TO START AND WAIT FOR THE SIX.
  5. PERFORM 25 JUMP SQUATS OYO, AND ROUTINE IS COMPLETE.
