JAX PAX Challenge?

The other day in the gloom, someone mentioned doing a local challenge similar to the current #IronPaxChallenge. With that in mind, YHC wanted to try out a few options. The concept of course would be to time the workout. Today we were just having a little fun… Of course it would’ve been more fun with music! I’ve got to remember the music!

  • SSH
  • LBAC Fwd

THE THANG
5 Rounds:
  • 21 Coupon Thrusters
  • 15 Burpees – Touching target 6 inches above reach (find a tree or light poll or high five Boucher)
THE THANG 2
5 Rounds:
  • 400 meter run (Once around the park). Since YHC was having a foot issue, rather than running we Coupon carried around the circle, changing up the position the Coupon was carried (overhead, places on shoulder, etc…
  • 15 Coupon overhead Squats (no Thrust)
THE THANG 3 – Ran out of time for this phase today.
3 Rounds:
  • Run 800 meters (Twice around the park)
  • Rest 2 minutes
