7 pax joined the YHC on a not so gloomy Monday morning. A Shakespeare quote was offered for reflection about having perspective

“Nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.”

Warmup – Mosey around flag and 1 lap up/down welcome center stairs.

12 SSH IC, 12 LBAC forward and backward IC, 12 MP, 12 Reachers, LM OYO

The thang

Pax circle up around flag. 12 exercises to be performed broken up in 4 groups of 3.

First  group, 3 exercises, Burpees, Flutter kicks, squats. Each pax alternates running 1 lap around the circle until all complete each exercise. 10 count in between.

Second group, 3 exercises, Pushups, BBS, Mountain Climbers. Each pax alternate bear Crawls around the circle until all complete  for each exercise. ( the bear Crawls after Pushups we’re greatly enjoyed) 10 count in between.

Third group, 3 exercises, kick ups, side balance Pushups, spin squats. Each pax alternate lunges around circle until all complete for each exercise. 10 count in between.

Fourth group, 3 exercises, plank/Sphinx, bicycles, air chair. Each pax alternate running lap with stairs included until all complete for each exercise.

COT, volunteers needed for Kraken, prayers for patience w family this Holiday season.
