13 Pax enjoyed balmy conditions to attempt a tweleve-days-of-Christmas Fartlek. Thang: Minor stretching then off to public storage.
Fartlek – Alternating race speed and then moderate speed laps of approx. 400 meters each. Exercise of choice at each lap completion. Goal was 12 laps – we made 11. Something to target for future. Enjoyed the Q today.
