12 people joined YHC on this windy, chilly 46° Thursday morning. Goal was to keep everyone together and constantly moving to stay warm. Pretty straightforward as we jumped right into the warm-up:

The Thang
- Mosey to turf field
- Stop at light posts to do 2 workouts at each post:
- 10 merkins IC, 20 LBCs IC, 10 wide grip merkins IC, 20 flutter kicks IC, 20 LBCs IC, 20 hello dollies, 10 heels to heaven OYO and a sprint
- Turf field 7 of diamonds
- 4 rounds of 7 burpees OYO in each corner
- 4 rounds of 14 merkins IC in each corner
- 4 rounds of 21 flutter kicks IC in each corner
- 4 rounds of 28 squats OYO in each corner
- Stop at light posts to do 2 workouts at each post:
- Indian run back to circle to keep PAX together
- Round of Guantanamo Bay followed by flutter kicks, hello dollies, and LBCs all IC
Message:
There’s been a lot of discussion about the same handful or so of people Qing a lot and how do we expand to ensure this group sustains itself. I think it’s 3-fold: #1 step-up, get out of your comfort zone and volunteer and lean on your PAX for support and constructive criticism. #2-Steal with pride. If you haven’t Qed or don’t Q often. Go read backblasts of the workouts you liked in the past or just go from memory and steal others’ ideas. Some of the best workouts are the most simple. #3-listen to the constructive criticism, don’t take it personally, adapt and sign up again
