Proper Cadence Sequence

* “Starting Position…” [pause] “Move!”
* “In Cadence…” [pause] “Exercise!” (begin count 1..2..3)

Warm up
– SSH 10
– Michael Phelps 10
– Little baby arm circles (forward) 10
– Little baby arm circles (backwards) 10
– The reacher 10
– High knees 10
– Butt kicks 10

Mosey to the Turf Fields 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Goal line – bear crawl to the 10 yard line, 10 Merkins, Zig to the 20 yard line (Run), Zag back to the 10 yard line with a crawl bear, 5 Royal Burpees, Zig to the 20 yard line (Run), 10 Merkins – Repeat 5 times.

Goal line sprint to the 50 yard line, 25 LBCs, sprint to the goal line, 15 BBSU, sprint to the 50 yard line, 20 Bobby Hurley’s, sprint to the goal line, 25 Hello Dollys, sprint to the 50 yard line, 25 Squats, sprint to the goal line, 20 lunges.
