Started on the field with an Indian run around the perimeter with the last man going to the middle for 5 burpees. More like a vicious oval.
On to the playground with lunges and the last man doing 10 pull ups in the middle. Kind of a vicious rhombus.
Cabana time with bear crawls and the last man doing 15 dips. Vicious square.
back to the field with a medley of run styles and the last man doing 20 V-ups. Another vicious oval, so… we didn’t do any vicious circles.
ended with 11’s consisting of Iron Mike’s and LBC’s.
