THANG: 10 Rounds of Merkins plus one additional exercise each round. Rounds 1-5: Partner 1 runs to each parking lot island (3 islands in total) stopping to perform 10 Merkins at each island for total of 30 Merkins each round. Partner 2 performs exercise the Q identified. Partners switch when Partner 1 completes island hopping.
