  1. In an attempt to avoid a prolonged Q&A prior to running “The Grinch” at Anthill on Tuesday the 22nd I figured I’d give the Pax a sneak peek.

WARM UP
THE THANG
  • Run to Front of Library
    • 5 Burpees
    • 10 Hand Release Merkins
    • Hop on Wall (by windows) & do 20 Sumo Squats (touch at bottom)
    • 40 Monkey Humpers
  • Run to Gazebo
    • 5 Burpees
    • 10 Jump Ups (Seat or Table Top)
    • 20 Dips
    • 40 LBC’s
  • Grab Something Heavy (Pickle Bucket, Sand Bag, Atlas Stone)
    • Carry from light pole to sidewalk & back
  • Grab two Cinderblocks & Farmer carry there & Back (light pole to sidewalk & back)
  • Bear Crawl half way down field & Sprint to sidewalk (one way – end at sidewalk)
  • Run to Pull up bars
    • 5 Burpees
    • 10 Pull-ups
    • 20 Merkins
    • 40 Prisoner Squats
  • Run to Basketball Ball Court
    • 5 Burpees
    • Hair Burners – there & back – first come first served
  • Run to Racquetball Court
    • 5 Burpees
    • 10 Donkey Kicks on Chain Link Fence
    • Balls to the Wall Walk on Concrete Wall
    • Duck Walk length of second wall
    • Rail slide – Feet on top walk w hands back to entrance gate
  • Run back to the front of the library AND Rinse & Repeat as many circuits as you are able.
  • LOG HOW FAR YOU MAKE IT
