Warm was short and sweet because We had a bridge to climb.
1 mile mosey to the bridge.
Sprint 1 to the first light pole, return to the bottom.
Sprint 2 to the second light pole, return to the first light pole.
Sprint 3 to the third light pole, return to the second light pole.
Sprint 4 to the fourth light pole, return to the third light pole.
Mosey to the top of the bridge to take in the positive energy, flow and vibes, 10 Merkins.
Mosey to the end of the bridge, Native American run back up to the top of the bridge and then mosey to the COT.
4 miles completed, average pace was 10 minutes.
