It was raining when we first arrived but soon let up. My Q had a few burpees so we would stay off our 6. I forgot that the best burpees are all the way down and my front side would be completely soaked 10 burpees in.. .
Warm Up – 10 of each

Mosey to the field. The 720 is 2 360s. We did this across 100y and back
- Start at goal line. 10 burpees.
- Bear Crawl 25y. 10 burpees. Turn 90 degrees.
- Side Crawl 25y. 10 burpees. Turn 90 degrees.
- Crawl Bear 25y. 10 burpees. Turn 90 degrees.
- Side Crawl (other side) 25y. End at other goal line. 10 burpees.
Return (I called an audible but would add burpees on return for more fun)
- Forward lunge 25y. Turn 90 degrees.
- Side lunge 25y. Turn 90 degrees.
- Reverse lunge 25y. Turn 90 degrees.
- Side lunge 25y (other side). Turn 90 degrees.
- 5 Bonnie Blairs, go to 10y for 10 Merkins

Head out to big lap around Fruit Cove Middle School. Stop every so often and review my Wienke to add in some exercise.
