Mosey to turf field stopping two times along the way for flutter kicks (IC) 20, LBCs (IC) 20 and Hello Dollies (IC) 20 & one time for merkins, wide merkins and diamond merkins (10 each IC)

Turf field – 4 50 yard sprints; 20 merkins, 20 LBCs, 20 Hello Dollies each time you stop (0-50, 20/20/20, 50-0 20/20/20, 0-50 20/20/20, 50-0, 20/20/20)

2 100 yard sprints 20 flutter kicks, 20 supermans, 20 merkins, 20 flutter kicks

Mosey through woods to bleachers by football field for two sets of bench exercises: 25 dips, 20 derkins & 20 step ups.  Stop between sets for 1-minute plank

Indian run to back to circle and complete one more 1-minute plank

Prayers for Zamboni’s M’s family as they grieve the loss of their uncle and Hat Trick’s family as he grieves the loss of his half-brother
