Extreme Dora

2 pax posted in the swamp at chop shop. It was a morning with many bullfrogs. After the warm-a-rama we did an extreme Dora.

We did increments of 25 reps for the workouts under the gazebo while the other person ran to the playground to do either 5 pull-ups, 10 dips, or 10 squats in rotating fashion.
