11 HIMs made a good decision to get out of bed this morning to enjoy a lovely run through Twenty Mile Nocatee. Unfortunately we had a man down early. Shirley stepped on an foreign object and twisted his ankle as he hobbled back to his car the Pax carried on to complete a strong 3.5 mile run in 34:19. Great job men. Shirley, rest up and recover well.
