11 PAX strong joined for a Halloween week themed beat down simply Titled “HELL”

Message – What is Hell? – a place regarded in various religions as a spiritual realm of evil and suffering, often traditionally depicted as a place of perpetual fire beneath the earth where the wicked are punished after death.

But what about “LIVING HELL” describe a place or situation as a living hell, you are emphasizing that it is extremely unpleasant.

Hell conjures up the images of a state of punishment, images of pain, and suffering.  It is often a temporary state of being.

Remember that times, we all go through periods of Hell on earth, and to get through it you need to “keep walking, and keep going to get through it” Fear NOT, keep trudging that road, HOWEVER be not afraid to ask for help and get support and encouragement to emerge on the other side of your living hell.

Today I want you to think of what you are suffering with, what is challenging you?  And are you man enough to be willing to discuss with a F3 brother and ask for help?


The Warm up –

For all those that missed the F3 10 year, we started with the SLAUGHTER STARTER!

20 Burpees OYO

Squat in cadence – 12

Side straddle hop in cadence – 20 fast cadence


Merkin – on my count – 10

Plank Jack – in cadence – 12

Recover in Plank

Stump jumper – in cadence – 10

The windmill – in cadence – 10

On your 6

Flutter Kick – in cadence – 15



Metaphorically – our F1 today is only 1 exercise, but it is …….. “the Nolan Richardson

Which is also known as 40 minutes of HELL so enjoy the suffering and punishment, you’ll be a better man for it when it’s over!


Routine: Partner 1 will perform each exercise denoted below as Partner 2 backpedals 50 yards, performs a ” Bobby Hurley” & jogs back to continue the exercise from the count accumulated by Partner 1. This will continue until the repetition count stated below is met.

  1. Burpees (150).
  2. Squats (300).
  3. Big Boy Sit-Ups (150).
  4. Little Baby Arm Circles (300).
  5. Merkins (150).
  6. Imperial Walkers (300)

The group with 3 PAX modified 150 –> 225, and 300–>450 count

We ran out of time, but most teams were finishing their Merkins when we had to Mosey back to the flag.
