Be the “Something Good”

Eight HIMs showed up on this chilly Florida morning to the gloom that is Badlands.

We started at COT with SSH, LBACF, LBACB, Don Quixote, and finished with The Reacher.

We moseyed to the 50 Yard line of the Turf field stopping twice for some LBCs

The Thang

Sprint from the 50 to the goal line.

Lineup on the goal line and lunge to the 10, 10 Burpees, Bear crawl to the  20, 20 Merkins, Lunge to the 30, 30 Squats, Bear Crawl to the 40, 40 shoulder taps (count each tap), Lunge to the 50, 50 Flutter Kicks (Count each Leg) Sprint to the Goal Line.  Air Chair for the 6.

Rinse and Repeat.  We got four rounds in and started moseying back to the COT.  We stopped for stretches a few times.

When we reached the Port-A-Potty we “emptied the tank” with a dead sprint back to the COT.

Prayer Requests – Dollar Bills Daughter so she can work through some anxiety that she has been facing.

The Message – Be the “Something Good”  I often ask my kids to tell me something good that happened from their day.  Sometimes they engage…..Sometimes I get “Meh”.  I challenged the PAX with keeping an eye out for the opportunity to be the “Something Good” in someone’s day everyday.
