5 , 20 yard sprints, mosey back after each, mosey entire field

4, 40 yard sprints, mosey back after each, mosey entire field

3, 60 yard sprints, mosey back after each, mosey entire field

2, 80 yard sprints, mosey back after each, mosey entire field

1, 100 yard sprint, mosey back
