Tuesday November 23rd YHC had the opportunity to Q the Pax of Asgard. It was a few days ago so I forgot the COP.
Let’s just get right into it. It was a breezy and cold 40+ degrees.
Imperial Walkers – 21
No Surrender – 19
Tie Fighters – 45 each leg for a total of 90
Humpers, Monkey – 15
E2K – Elbow to Knee 49 each side for a total of 98
Burpees – 14
Australian Snow angles – 30
Gorilla Humpers – 100 (This was swapped after the first round with Snow angels due to huge mumble chatter)
1 Lap around the parking lot and then repeat for a goal of 4 rounds.
Most got through 3 of the 4 rounds with the 4 round being a mercy round of taking your age, adding the numbers together to get your round 4 rep count (42 Year old would do 6 reps of each).
Today’s workout was about the 2.1 million lbs of food provided to Floridians since 1990 covering 15,000 people weekly. 98 cents of every dollar goes to the beneficiaries with 15 pounds of food rescued for every dollar spent. Serving more than 14 counties over the last 30 years they assist 100 food banks.
The group called WasteNotWantNot ( https://www.facebook.com/wastenotflorida/ ) is based in Orange Park and has needs of our help. They actually partner with our main F3 Jacksonville Charity Trinity Rescue mission so helping them was a no brainer. The best part is what they need most is a simple change that we can do in our daily lives.
Ask for paper bags! The charity is in need of paper bags to serve their clients. SO each time you go shopping ask for paper bags and then bring them to an Asgard work out and we will arrange for them to get where they are needed or you can drop them off yourself.
