We each grabbed a coupon (block) and mosey-walked with our coupons to the far rear parking lot while doing block exercises along the way.
While holding the block, we did one-armed Little Baby Arm Circles (forward and backward–each arm), Plank, Squats, Presses and Mountain Climbers.
Once to the parking lot, we used our blocks to do Merkins, Hello Dollies, Dirkins and Flutterkicks. After each set, we carried our blocks to the other end of the lot and held our blocks until the six was in. We rinsed and repeated. We also did non-block sprints.
On the way back to the flag, we carried our blocks and exercised again along the way with the coupons, then fast-moseyed back to the circle.
Our soundtrack of the morning was none other than Christmas music via Amazon to kick off December.
The goal of the day was to improve our grip strength.
