13 got after it with a focus on mobility, correct form & sprints. Too many times we try to jam in 2-3x the number of reps we can do properly instead of doing the reps correctly.

Warmup: SSH, Phelps, Reacher, Hillbilly, Don Quixote

Mosey to turf field with some stops along the way

Circled up to stretch out warm muscles on the turf field

Partner A Sprints sideline to sideline with 3 chest to ground burpees at far sideline
Partner B did some variations of 10-10-5 Merkins, varied abs, jump squats

Another round of stretches

Another rd of sprints

Mosey back to Flag with some fun stops in between

Indian run to finish

Stretch & Gitmo to the end
