6 Pax joined YHC for a Monday Beatdown. The end of Mental Battle month is here and the message was simple. “Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.”

Warmup

SSH x10 IC, LBAC F&B x10 IC, MP x10 IC, LM OYO, DD calf stretch OYO, 1 minute OYO

The thang

10 rounds  – each 3 minutes, 30sec rest in between each round

  1. 10 lunges, 5 burpees
  2. 10 shoulder taps, 5 spin squats
  3. bear crawl Indian run
  4. 20 dips, 10 dirkins
  5. 10 SSH, 10 seal jacks, 10 plank jacks
  6. 10 iron cross with partner
  7. 10 jump squats, 10 BBS
  8. 20 merkins, 20 flutter kicks
  9. 20 step-ups, 20 american hammers
  10. 1  small parling lot lap as fast as possible at flag
