The Thang – Mosey to the parking lot and Fur-ball our way through there (Q calls out forward, Karaoke Left, Karaoke Right, Backwards, or down…(down is a burpee)) work our way to the first field stopping BACF, BACB, and The Shinook -IC,
At the first field we did 7-Flutter Kicks IC, 7-Hello Dolly IC, 7-LBC IC, mosey through the field a bit 14-Flutter Kicks IC, 14-Hello Dolly IC, 14-LBC IC, Mosey though the field a bit 21-Flutter Kicks IC, 21-Hello Dolly IC, 21-LBC IC, Mosey through the field a bit 14-Flutter Kicks IC, 14-Hello Dolly IC, 14-LBC IC, Mosey to the big field 7-Flutter Kicks IC, 7-Hello Dolly IC, 7-LBC IC, mosey to the end of the field.
We had cones set up at 50, 100, 150, and 200 yards to do a suicide partner Dora. One partner runs the 200 and back while the other does air squats then switch, One partner runs to the 150 and back while the other does seal jacks, then switch, One partner runs to the 100 and back while the other does merkins then switch, one partner runs to the 50 (We fell back on effort here and made this a sprint) while the other Bobby Hurley then switch.
Mosey to the pull up bars and knock out 3 tries or 5 max the other guys held air chair while waiting their turn. Mosey to the wall for 1 minute balls to the wall. Mosey back to the COT.
It was wet out there but we all had a great time.
