The HardNocs Mile is back (more like 3 miles)…I remember the first time when Flo led this beatdown (always remember your first time) and it SUCKED. What better way to kick off an era of a new region than with a comfort zone crushing beatdown. 50/50 odds to finish. Each man pushed to their edge down the ladder and then as far up the ladder without dying as they could. Failure is okay; Quitting is not. 

YHC starts with a welcome and disclaimer. 19 PAX posted in what turned out to be a glorious foggy gloomy Saturday morning. Post-F3Jax Christmas Party, there were some calories and alcohol to burn off. YHC had worries about the copious amounts of baked beans the men at the previous night, but the show must go on. A new Nantan was in town, t-claps to Left Turn and respect shown to Saigon Sam as he moseys out to pasture as the Grantan. 

The energy was good so we jumped right into it.

Rinse and Repeat back up the HardNocs Mile Ladder as far as you can until time is called (that means start with the Burpees again)

The definition of Misogi is doing something hard/challenging/a physical trial that you don’t practice or prepare for, there is a 50/50 chance you finish or fail and lastly, you can’t die. 

Today the men proved that they went outside of their comfort zones and pushed to the edges.
