Courage: can be defined as – “Strength in the face of pain or grief.
This makes me reflect on the events of last week and the tremendous loss and grieving that is going on in this community. During these times, it can be hard to find the strength and courage to put on a brave face. It is up to us, to bring Male community leadership to our families and friends and to have the Courage to rise and be that strength in the midst of this pain.
Think about what courage means to you and how you can show your family strength and courage in the coming days.

Prayers for Sofia –
I spoke at the beginning about Courage and Strength for our families.
What we also have to realize is that we DO NOT have to do it alone, we have our F3 brothers Backs, and can and will support each other, I know you can call/reach out to me at any time.
