The Thang

Mosey to light with cindy and back to the Pavilion-O-Pain about 2/10 of a mile.

 

Each exercise timed for about 45 seconds, AMRAP for each exercise. Then various cindy carries to playground between H&I and M&S columns.

After M&S columns done for that round, mosey back with cindy for 5 burpees at the pavilion of pain.

Rinse and repeat.

Ended with COT, count-of-rama and name-o-rama.
