13 PAX met at Badlands for the conclusion of the week of Rawlings. Vulnerability has been the theme and today I talked about my fear of backsliding. It is something that taps on my my mind everyday. Even with that I still make bad decisions from time to time in regards to nutrition but I just keep trying to make the right decision as often as I can and not beat myself up when I make a poor choice. In the 2 years with F3 I have come so far and keep setting goals to hit. This group keeps me in the discipline zone and for that I’m thankful.

The Thang – 6 Rounds total, Round 1 – 7 arm dips, 7 chest pulls, 7 sets of shoulder taps, mosey to the light pull, Bear crawl to the lot, Curb Merkins (5 with left arm on the curb, 5 with both hands on the curb, 5 with right hand on the curb) mosey back to the bleachers. Round 2 repeat, Round 3 and 4 up the count to 14, Round 5 and 6 up the count to 21, Mosey arms up back to the concessions, 2 rounds of the people’s chair with arms up, mosey to the lot.
