The Thang – AMRAP

  • Ran four corners of the field. First corner Merkins, second, BBSUs, third squats
  • Start with 4 reps and double each round until reaching 32. Once reach 32 go back down to 16 then 8 and then 4
  • 4th corner was 5 pulls ups
  • Go around as many times within 20 minute time limit

11’s – Curls and Dips

  • 10 burpees half way through

Luck of the Draw – F3 exicon carddeck – last 10 minutes

  • Mix of abs, merkins, SSH, burpees and the like
