THE GRINCH
21 Brave men ventured to Anthill for a FREE Mens workout! The conditions were ideal. Low humidity.. around 50 degrees.
Fearing the Pax would have questions, a pre-blast was released the day before. For those Pax that don’t check Slack or that couldn’t be bothered with reading the blast a tour of the course was provided. Now that we’ve seen the course, future tours won’t be needed. This will allow time for the fast pax to complete another circuit. Fearing certain Pax would be somewhat bewildered, detailed instructions were printed out & left at each station.
Pyro took off with an early lead. The competitive nature of Jumanji, Heisenberg, Eileen were on full display as they pushed through to claim the top 3 spots. Pyro faded back a bit because he’s tired of always winning and since Charmin & Septum were no shows (Good work on your 70k yesterday) he figured it wasn’t worth the effort. Gekko, Bert and many others were up in front. YHC (me) faded somewhere to the middle of the group.
Two full circuits were finished, since YHC wasn’t up front, I’m not sure how far along the leaders got.
We need to put this on the schedule as I feel a rematch will be demanded!! Thanks men of Chop Shop for joining us!

  • Run to Front of Library
    • 5 Burpees
    • 10 Hand Release Merkins
    • Hop on Wall & do 20 Sumo Squats (touch the wall when at bottom)
    • 40 Monkey Humpers
  • Run to Gazebo
    • 5 Burpees
    • 10 Jump Ups
    • 20 Dips
    • 40 LBC’s
  • Grab Something Heavy (Pickle Bucket, Sand Bag, Atlas Stone)
    • Carry from light pole to sidewalk & back
  • Grab two Cinderblocks & Farmer carry there & Back
  • Bear Crawl half way down field & Sprint to sidewalk
  • Run to Pull up bars
    • 5 Burpees
    • 10 Pull-ups
    • 20 Merkins
    • 40 Prisoner Squats
  • Run to Basketball Ball Court
    • 5 Burpees
    • Hair Burners – there & back – first come first served
  • Run to Racquetball Court
    • 5 Burpees
    • 10 Donkey Kicks on Chain Link Fence
    • Balls to the Wall Walk on Concrete Wall
    • Duck Walk length of second wall
    • Rail slide – Feet on top walk w hands
  • Rinse & Repeat as many circuits as you are able.
